Nespresso Rosabaya (Our Full Review)

Nespresso Rosabaya is a Colombian Arabica coffee. Rosabaya de Colombia capsules are available on Amazon. The Pure Origin capsule has been phased out in favor of the Master Origin Colombia capsule. Foam that is medium brown and almost copper. It’s very acidic, with a mild bitterness. A coffee that is fruity, velvety, and almost wine-like. Low/Medium intensity, easy on the palate.

To bring out the fruitiness and acidity of the beans and create the body, it is roasted in various batches based on their size and density. This Colombian Arabica blend uses traditional aromas of red fruits jam and echoes winey flavors on a soft base. The coffee is selected and processed using the wet method on small Colombian plantations. Separate roasting brings weight to the coffee while enhancing the fruity aromas and acidity.

Coffee Origins

Rosabaya de Colombia espresso capsules, part of Nespresso’s Pure Origin series, provide a rich, intriguing flavor. These beans are hand-picked in the Colombian mountains before being processed, roasted, and packed. Rosabaya capsules have a unique flavor that includes elements of red wine, cherries, and blackcurrants. These capsules are a fantastic alternative if you like a moderate cup of coffee to start your day because they aren’t as intense as most other Nespresso espresso capsules.

Small farms in the sky-scraping districts of Cauca and Nario, roughly 2,000 meters above sea level, grow the beans for this blend of exquisite Colombian Arabicas. Mountain air blows past the coffee trees as it skims across sculpted tops and slopes. The coffee cherries are hand-picked by the farmers and processed in a way that enhances the aromatics. The coffee is then transported to Paramo de Letras, a natural refrigerator at 3,648 meters that preserves it until it is shipped.

While coffee is best recognized for being a delicious complement to cakes and sweet pastries, Nespresso Rosabaya can be enjoyed with much more than that. The greatest meal to pair with coffee is food that has comparable flavors, so getting to know your coffee and learning about different roasts and origins is essential.

1. Chocolate Cake

Chocolate cake pairs well with most medium- to dark-roasted coffees, but it’s especially delicious with split roasted coffee. Most Arabica coffees go well with chocolate mousse cake which makes this capsule perfect to pair with a chocolate cake.

2. Toasted Cinnamon Bagel

Bagels can be eaten plain, toasted, stuffed with cream cheese, or topped with other ingredients. They’re also a great snack to pair with a cup of Nespresso Rosabaya because its winey and fruity flavor plays off the sweet fruit in the bagel and complements the sweet cinnamon.

3. Berries

These large, tasty berries can intensify and enhance the coffee’s flavor. You can eat them raw while sipping your freshly brewed Rosabaya coffee or bake them into a pie as part of your coffee ritual.
