How to Make Vanilla Cinnamon Cold Iced Coffee

If you’re a coffee lover, you’ve probably heard of Vanilla Cinnamon Iced Coffee. This refreshing beverage has gained popularity in recent years, and for good reason. It’s a delicious and easy-to-make coffee drink that’s perfect for hot summer days.

Equipment

  • Coffee maker (Nespresso or Keurig)
  • High ball glass or similar
  • Pot
  • Stirring spoon

Ingredients
  

  • coffee pods (see above)
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp grounded cinnamon
  • half a Vanilla Bean or store-bought vanilla extract
  • coffee 1 Nespresso Vertuo vanilla custard pie pod
  • cream optional

Instructions
 

  • Make the spiced milk mixture by adding milk to the milk. Follow up with spice, including cinnamon. After that, add sugar and vanilla extract and mix well. 
  • Warm the milk mixture into a pan and leave it till the milk gets a little warm to infuse flavors.
  • Grab the coffee mug and add coffee concentrate to it.   Add the milk mixture and some ice cubes and wait until the whole glass gets chilled.
  • For an additional step, add the frothed milk or cream on top to spice up the whole coffee experience. Dust some cinnamon powder and enjoy. 

Notes

Here are some tips to help you make the perfect Vanilla Cinnamon Iced Coffee:
  • Brew the coffee pod on the smallest cup setting to make it more concentrated.
  • Use a tall glass to accommodate the ice and other ingredients.
  • Add the vanilla syrup and cinnamon powder to the coffee while it’s still hot to help the flavors infuse.
  • Add ice to the glass before pouring in the coffee to prevent it from becoming watered down.
  • Stir the drink well to ensure that the vanilla and cinnamon are evenly distributed.
