How to Make Chocolate Chip Coffee Cream Mocha

If you’re a coffee lover, you’ve probably heard of the Chocolate Chip Coffee Cream Mocha. This delicious drink is a popular choice among coffee enthusiasts and is perfect for a cozy night in or as a pick-me-up during a busy day. Making this recipe at home not only saves you money but also allows you to customize it to your liking.

  • Milk frother
  • Mixing spoon

  • Measuring cup

Ingredients
  

  • coffee concentrate 2 Nespresso ciocattino coffee pods
  • 2 tsp chocolate sauce
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • chocolate dark chips for garnish
  • chocolate dark shavings for garnish
  • whipped cream
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 drops vanilla extract
  • creamer
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • To create the simple chocolate syrup, take a saucepan and add cocoa powder, water, and sugar. Heat the pan and stir the items till a sauce-like consistency is obtained. Add a few drops of vanilla extract and stir to complete the process.
  • Leave the mixture to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, add ice cubes to a high ball glass and let stand to chill.
  • In a seperate jug, add coffee concentrate, chocolate syrup, and some cold water, and mix them well.
  • Coat the inside of the glass with syrup to add a wow factor for your guests. Gently pour in the coffee mixture.
  • Top up your glass with full-fat milk, and give it a gentle stir. Add a dollop of whipped cream and homemade chocolate sauce on top
  • Garnish the glass with some chocolate chips and chocolate shavings.

Notes

Vary the amount of chocolate syrup to your taste. The cocoa power is surprisingly bitter when used raw like this so don’t be tempted to add extra before you taste it.
